I took my spun yarn with me yesterday to the spinning group.

After a comedy of errors and 236 yards of my yarn getting tangled on the floor, that took three of us two hours to untangle and re-skein, It was decided that I have about 700 yards of wool.
At last, enough decently spun yarn to attempt knitting myself a sweater.

I bought a small vile of powdered dye.
I mixed it this morning ready to dye my skeins of wool/mohair yarn.

judging by the color of my hands and counter top I think I will like the periwinkle color that I have chosen !
